From July 24th to August 6th, 2024, two students from the United States participated in a 10 day summer camp at Hanyuan Mandarin School of Hanyuan. Every morning, they study Chinese for 2 hours, and in the afternoon, they also have 2 hours of Guzheng class (one of the traditional Chinese musical instruments). During their lunch break, they tasted Shanghai's specialty cuisine and popular milk tea with their teachers. The students all expressed their great love for the school, the teachers, and most importantly, the immersive Chinese learning experience. They had a very meaningful summer vacation and hope to continue their studies next year.
